For years I worked with my hands, running an Electrical Services business in the South West of the UK. Honest, demanding work, the kind that teaches discipline, precision, and how to stay calm when the lights go out.

But what I really learned in people's homes and on job sites was something deeper: how people think, how they carry their pride and their struggles, and how often we long for stronger connections with ourselves, our families, the people we lead.
